Year 9
Year 9 options process – Kudos is a careers software programme where students answer questions on the sorts of things that they would like to do in a job. The programme then makes career suggestions based on those answers. Students have the opportunity to compare a range of careers in terms of skills required, salary etc. They also have the opportunity to use Launchpad where they can search for careers based on subjects they would like to choose. Delivery – 2 Life Skills lessons.
